JOT Internet Media, S.L. (hereinafter, JOT IM), takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. To such end, JOT IM complies fully with applicable law governing the protection of personal data in order to ensure that your personal information is kept safe.
This data protection policy governs access to and use of the services provided by the Website which JOT IM, with Tax. I.D. no. B-84135144, with corporate address in Calle General Ramírez de Madrid 8, 28020 Madrid, and registered with the Companies Register of Madrid, in Volume 20.582, Folio 146, Section 8, Sheet M- M-364.334, puts at the disposal of Users interested in said services.

3.- Personal data processing; purpose.
JOT IM collects personal data of Users through the Website in order to improve communication with Users of the Website interested in the services offered by JOT IM.
In this regard, and under the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Private Data (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal – “LOPD”) and its implementing regulations, JOT IM informs the User of the existence of an automated file with personal data which has been duly registered with the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Registro General de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), created by JOT IM and under its responsibility.

Your personal data collected by JOT IM may be used for the following purposes: (i) enable the provision of the services offered on the Website; and (ii) send you Newsletters and commercial information regarding the products and services of JOT IM.
Specifically, your personal data will be used to send you Newsletters and commercial and promotional communications connected with the services of JOT IM by post, telephone, e-mail, SMS/MMS o other similar means of electronic communication, under the provisions of the LOPD, Act 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico – “LSSI”) and Act 9/2014, of 9 May, on Telecommunications (Ley 9/2014, de 9 de mayo, de Telecomunicaciones – “LGT”).
We hereby inform you that if you have consented to the receipt of said information, you may oppose at any time to your data being processed with this purpose, and request further information regarding the processing and assignment of your personal data, by using the specific means indicated in said commercial communications.
4.- Compulsory or optional nature of the information provided by the User and veracity of the data supplied
The User guarantees the veracity of the personal data provided and undertakes to communicate to JOT IM any changes in said data. The User shall be responsible, in any event, for the veracity of the data supplied, and JOT IM reserves the right to exclude from the services any Users which may supply false data, without prejudice to any other actions which may be brought under the law.
5.- Forbidden practices
JOT IM shall cancel the registration or comments of any users who: (i) include or promote unlawful, immoral, obscene or harmful materials; (ii) promote any kind of discrimination; (iii) send bulk, junk or spam e-mail or unsolicited newsgroup communications; (iv) infringe any third-party intellectual or industrial property rights. Furthermore, the user undertakes not to use or collect data from distribution lists obtained through the information and services included on the Website for the purposes of carrying out promotional or advertising activities, and not to send commercial communications of any type, through any unsolicited media, unless said communications have been previously approved by JOT IM and/or the users of the Website.
6.- Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition
Users may address their communications and exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by e-mail to info.web@jot-im.como or by ordinary post to JOT IM – Ref. LOPD- Calle General Ramírez de Madrid 8, 28020 Madrid.
In order to exercise said rights, you must provide proof of your identity by sending a photocopy of your Spanish I.D. or any other documents approved by law for this purpose.

JOT IM keeps personal data protection security levels as established by the LOPD and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approved the Regulation developing the LOPD, and has put into place all technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorized access to or theft of the data supplied by the User through the Website. Notwithstanding the above, we hereby inform you that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
JOT IM undertakes to comply with its secrecy and confidentiality duty under applicable law in connection with any personal data included in the automated file and to deal with said data in a secure manner whenever transferred.
8.- Amendments of the Privacy Policy
JOT IM reserves the right to review is Privacy Policy as and when it may deem necessary. For this reason, we kindly request that you check this privacy statement regularly for the latest version of JOT IM’s Privacy Policy.
In any event, JOT IM shall notify to the users any amendments made to its Privacy Policy.

The User hereby declares that he/she has been informed of the terms and conditions applicable to the protection of personal data, and accepts and consents to the processing of said data by JOT IM as and for the purposes stated herein.
